Own the marketplace
A branded marketplace on your domain, with an admin dashboard for the business model, modules, fee schedule, roles, and disclosures — and no engineering project to get there.
What owners getWhite-label marketplace platform
Aurum Estate is the software underneath a modern property marketplace — sales, rentals, and off-market deals, running under your brand on your domain.

About us
A marketplace is not a listing site. It has inventory with rules, participants with roles, a sale or a lease that has to close, and money that has to reconcile at the end. That whole chain is what we build — as one system, under your brand, on your domain, with the per-state rules enforced rather than remembered.
You can register and configure a sandbox today, and it runs beside your current stack. Nothing publishes until verification clears, nothing goes live until you switch the domain, and your inventory never leaves your tenant in the meantime.

Synthetic demo inventory. Not MLS data, not an offer of real property, and not a representation of any live tenant's listings.

Tenant journey
Launch in weeks, then expand module by module
Discover
You find the platform, read the compliance posture, and click through the demo marketplace and admin demo.
Choose model and plan
Pick a business-model template and a tier; the template sets which modules switch on.
Configure
Brand, domain, modules, fee schedule, roles, routing, and the disclosure packets for each operating state.
Attract consumers
Search, alerts, and content bring buyers, sellers, renters, and investors into your marketplace instead of a portal.
Expand
Add modules, branches, units, or provider categories as the operation grows — no migration, no re-onboarding.
Money: Seat, branch, unit, and module expansion.
Consumer journey
Buy, rent, sell, or invest — on your marketplace
Discover a listing
Search that reaches the marketplace through search, an alert, a referral, or a shared link.
Choose a path
Buy, rent, sell, or invest. The same account covers all four, which is what makes an agent, lender, or provider handoff possible at all.
Offer or apply
Submit a structured offer with a counter-offer trail, or apply to rent with the criteria published and screening consent recorded.
Money: Tenant earns any permitted application fee. Any renter fee is jurisdiction-gated and off by default.
Move in or close out
Renters pay rent through the licensed rail and submit maintenance requests; buyers follow the closing tracker to recording.

Brokerage principal
40–200 agents · 3–12 offices
“We rent leads from a portal and pay for the privilege. I want the demand side to be ours, with our name on it, and I want to stop re-keying the same deal into four systems.”
How we serve this
Property manager
300–2,000 units · multi-city
“Listings, screening, leases, deposits, rent, and maintenance each live somewhere different, and every city I operate in has a different fee rule. I want the whole rental lifecycle on one record, with the rules configured rather than remembered.”
How we serve this
Investor group lead
Wholesale and value-add · regional
“Our deals move through group texts and spreadsheets. What I need is gated inventory with real analysis attached, the filing rules enforced before anything is exposed, and an audit trail for who saw what.”

Profiles are illustrative personas from the design partner program, not customers. We have no customer testimonials yet, and we would rather show you the program than invent quotes.

Without stories
Aurum Estate is software. We do not hold a license, do not act as a broker, do not originate, broker, or arrange a loan, and do not hold or transmit funds as a principal. Your license, your agents, your fiduciary duty — and rent, deposits, and earnest money are handled by licensed payment and escrow partners.
See the compliance modelPer-order settlement fees and referral arrangements sit close to RESPA Section 8. We publish the revenue rules in full, price our own fee as a flat software fee rather than a percentage of a sale, and flag the exposure rather than burying it — but your counsel decides what you may charge.
Read the revenue rulesThe marketplace you can click through runs on synthetic inventory, because publishing real listing data on a public marketing page breaks most display agreements. And the platform enforces the rules you configure — it does not make you compliant, and it does not guarantee compliance. Rules vary by state, MLS, and city.
How data rights workNews and guides

Most delays are not engineering. They are data display agreements, per-state disclosure packets, and deciding who owns the lead when a branch and an agent both claim it.

Round-robin with an SLA timer sounds simple until two branches share a ZIP code. Here is the attribution model that keeps the payout statement defensible.

Charging per settlement order moves you close to Section 8 territory. What the rule covers, what it does not, and the documentation that makes the difference.
Next step
Self-serve registration gives you a sandbox marketplace and the admin dashboard in one sitting. A demo call gets the same tenant built around your own listings, rental units, and brand before we meet.
