Aurum Estate

Admin dashboard demo

Configure a marketplace and watch the storefront change

This is the tenant admin dashboard, running on synthetic data. Switch between two tenants on two business models, toggle a module, repaint the brand, and change a fee — then open the marketplace demo and see the result. No account, no sign-in, and nothing is stored.

How this demo is wired

The dashboard and the storefront share one configuration in your browser. Switch Rentals on here and a Rent tab appears on the marketplace demo; change the brand color and the storefront repaints; preview the qualified-buyer tier and the off-market pins unlock. The seven module toggles are sales, rentals, off-market, wholesale, lending, settlement, provider directory.

This sandbox is synthetic. Nothing here is connected to a real marketplace, a real provider, or a real property, and no setting in it changes anything outside your browser.

Where your revenue comes from

  • Modules switched on for this tenant: Sales, Rentals, Settlement, Provider directory.
  • Flat software fees you charge your own marketplace are yours, not ours.
  • Seat and desk fees are between you and your licensees.
  • Provider subscriptions are flat fees at fair market value.
  • We bill you flat software fees — never a share of a commission and never from a closing.

Scope

Nine sections, and what each one actually controls

Configuration is the product here. A tenant who cannot set their own fees, roles, and disclosures without a support ticket does not own their marketplace.

Boundaries

What the dashboard configures, and what it refuses

A platform that lets a tenant disable the guardrails is selling a liability. The line between configuration and constraint is deliberate, and it is the part a compliance reviewer will ask about.
  • Brand, logo, palette, domain, and storefront content
  • Business-model template and which modules are switched on
  • Your own fee schedule, provider plans, and boost pricing
  • Users, roles, and what each scoped invitation can reach
  • Inventory sources: MLS/IDX, CSV, manual, rentals, off-market
  • Provider approval, featuring, suspension, and plan type
  • Operating states, disclosure packets, and verification status
  • Your Aurum Estate plan, usage this period, and invoices

Five things no tenant can turn off

  • A listing cannot publish before verification clears.
  • MLS-sourced compensation fields never render on a storefront.
  • Screening cannot be ordered without recorded FCRA consent, and a denial cannot close out without an adverse action notice.
  • Settlement-service provider categories are restricted to flat-fee plan types.
  • Sponsored placements are labeled, and consumers can always choose another provider.

The renter fee switch

Any fee passed to a renter is off by default and only switchable where the jurisdiction permits it, with caps, refund rules, and deposit limits configured per state and city. Several states and cities cap or ban those fees outright.

Rules vary by state, MLS, and city, and they change. The dashboard enforces the rules you configure; it does not make you compliant and does not guarantee compliance.

Your turn

We'll configure your marketplace before the demo call

Send us a logo, a few listings or rental units, and the domain you want. By the time we meet, your tenant exists, your rulesets are loaded, and your team can click through it.
