Aurum Estate

Demo marketplace

Switch the brand, the modules, and the whole marketplace

A real tenant storefront rendered by the platform, not a screenshot: 5 surfaces — buy, rent, sell, gated off-market, and a provider directory — across 4 tenants on 4 business models. Filter it like a buyer, rent like a renter, request a provider, or try to see a gated listing you have not qualified for.

White-label switcher

Four tenants, four business models. Brand, inventory, tabs, and gating change instantly — and the modules follow whatever the admin dashboard has switched on.

Equal Housing Opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. This is a platform element: it renders on every storefront and is not removable by configuration.

Synthetic demo inventory. Not MLS data, not an offer of real property, and not a representation of any live tenant's listings.

About this demo

Synthetic demo inventory. Not MLS data, not an offer of real property, and not a representation of any live tenant's listings. Real tenant marketplaces run on live MLS/IDX feeds under each tenant's own data license, and on rental inventory their property managers maintain — never on inventory borrowed for a marketing page.

Storefront surfaces

Five consumer surfaces, each with its own rules

These are not filters on one listing grid. A rental listing carries screening criteria and a jurisdictional fee ruleset; an off-market listing carries an MLS filing status and a seller disclosure; a provider listing carries a license and a flat-fee plan.

Buy

Sale inventory with filters, map, saved searches, and a route to the agent, lender, or provider the consumer chooses.

Rent

Rental listings with screening criteria published before the application, a total move-in cost disclosure, and one application per household.

Sell

Instant valuation and a choice of route: agent-listed, FSBO-assisted, or a direct offer from a gated investor audience.

Off-market

Gated inventory behind a qualification gate, with the MLS filing status and seller disclosure recorded before anything is exposed.

Find a pro

The provider directory: agents, lenders, settlement, inspectors, appraisers, insurers, and movers, with licenses displayed and sponsored placements labeled.

White-label surface

What is per-tenant, and what stays fixed

A white-label platform has to allow real branding without allowing a tenant to break the transaction flow — or to switch off the guardrails that keep the marketplace lawful. The line between the two is deliberate.

Brand tokens

Primary, accent, surface, and text colors per tenant, applied without a redeploy and constrained to a palette so no tenant can ship an unreadable storefront. Change it in the admin demo and this page repaints.

Domain

A Aurum Estate subdomain on Launch, or a custom domain with managed TLS on Growth and above. The address bar carries the tenant's name, never ours.

Business model and modules

The template sets which tabs exist — Buy, Rent, Sell, Off-market, Find a pro — and the modules behind them. Switch Rentals off in the admin demo and the Rent tab disappears from here.

Disclosures

License numbers, fair housing statements, and state-required disclosures rendered per tenant and per state, with the Equal Housing statement fixed rather than optional.

Gated inventory

3 access tiers, configurable exposure limits per MLS, and the MLS filing status plus seller disclosure recorded before a listing is exposed to anyone.

Per tenant

  • Brand, logo, palette, and domain
  • Business-model template and module selection
  • Tenant fee schedule and provider plans
  • Inventory scope, gating, and rental units
  • Branches or brands, users, and lead routing
  • Operating states and disclosure packets

Fixed platform-wide

  • Transaction and lease state machines and their gates
  • Compliance rulesets and the fixed guardrails
  • Role model and permission boundaries
  • Audit logging and retention behavior
  • Data isolation guarantees
  • Equal Housing statement and platform disclosures

Each one started from a different business-model template, which is why their tabs, inventory, and fee defaults differ.
