Get started

Register, configure, and open a sandbox today

Two ways in. Self-serve registration gives you an account and a sandbox marketplace in one sitting; a demo call gets the same sandbox built around your own inventory. Either way, nothing publishes until verification clears.

Two paths

Self-serve, or guided

Self-serve is not a downgrade. It provisions the same tenant, the same modules, and the same rulesets — the only difference is who sets the first listing up.

Self-serve

Register, pick a template and a plan, and a sandbox marketplace is provisioned with synthetic inventory so you can click through search, offers, rentals, and the provider directory immediately.

Best for operators who already know what they want to launch.

Talk to us first

A thirty-minute session on your inventory, your licensed entity, and your current stack — then we provision the sandbox with a sample of your own listings and your brand applied.

Best for franchises, MLSs, multi-state operators, and anyone who wants the compliance set reviewed before configuring it.

Registration

Four steps, and then a sandbox

Account, company, business model, plan. The company step is what drives verification, so the details there matter more than the speed of the form.

Create your account

This is the person who owns the launch. Accounts are per person, and the first one becomes the marketplace admin.

Verification and tenant notices go here.

Demo only — this form posts nowhere and stores nothing.

After you register

What actually happens, and how long it takes

The software is the fast part. Licensing verification and MLS enrollment are external processes that set the real timeline, so we sequence around them instead of pretending they do not exist.

Immediately

Sandbox marketplace

A tenant on the template you chose, with synthetic sale and rental inventory, so nothing you see depends on a live data license.

Days 1–5

Verification

KYB on the entity, state license and E&O where they apply, and MLS data-rights confirmation if you will ingest MLS inventory.

Week 1–2

Configuration

Brand, domain, modules, fee schedule, roles, routing, and the disclosure packets for every state you operate in.

Week 2–6

Go live

Inventory loaded, team and providers invited, go-live checklist cleared, and the marketplace opens to consumers. MLS enrollment sets the timeline more often than the software does.

A sandbox is not a live marketplace

You can configure everything, load inventory, invite the team, and click through the consumer flow the day you register. What you cannot do is publish to the public until verification clears. That gate is the same one on every tenant, including ours.

Prefer to talk it through?

Enterprises, MLSs, franchise networks, and design partners usually start with a conversation about governance and per-tenant billing rather than with a form. Reach us at partners@aurumestate.com or apply through the partner path.

Already registered?

Open the dashboard and configure the marketplace

The admin demo is the same dashboard a registered tenant gets: brand, business model, modules, fees, users, providers, compliance, and billing — with the storefront following every change.
