Book a demo
See your marketplace before the call
Tell us about your business and we will build a sandbox marketplace around it. By the time we meet, your tenant exists, your brand is applied, and there is something real to click through. If you would rather skip the call entirely, register self-serve and get the same sandbox immediately.

What we need from you
What we'll cover
- 01Your marketplace, your inventoryBefore the call we provision a sandbox tenant with your brand and a sample of your listings, rental units, or both, so you are looking at your own inventory rather than a generic demo.
- 02The flows that matter to youA sale from lead through offer, transaction, settlement order, and payout; or a rental from listing through application, screening, lease, and rent collection; or the provider and lender directory. We run the ones your operation actually has.
- 03The admin dashboardWe configure a module, a fee, a role, and a disclosure packet live, and you watch the storefront change — because that is the part you will be doing without us.
- 04Integration reality checkWe map your current stack — MLS, CRM, transaction manager, title partner, e-sign — to connectors and flag anything that needs a scoped adapter.
- 05Commercials without theatricsTier recommendation, expected platform cost at your deal volume, and what the first ninety days look like. No pricing withheld until a procurement call.

Become a partnerCommon questions
Before you book
Are you a brokerage or a lender?
Neither. Aurum Estate is software and infrastructure. Your licensed entity owns the customer relationship, the listings, and the transaction. We never act as a broker, never originate, broker, or arrange a loan, never hold funds as a principal, and never market properties under our own name.
Does the platform make us compliant?
No, and any platform that says so is selling something it cannot deliver. We enforce the rules you configure and we ship the rulesets a licensed operator needs — FCRA consent and adverse action notices, disclosure packets, MLS filing status, flat-fee provider plans. Rules vary by state, MLS, and city, and they change, so your own counsel reviews your configuration before launch.
Can we self-register, or do we have to talk to sales?
Self-register. You get an account, a company record, and a sandbox marketplace immediately. Publishing stays gated until verification clears, because a sandbox is not a live marketplace. Enterprises and design partners can take the contact-sales path instead if they want a guided onboarding.
Do we need our own MLS access?
Usually yes, for MLS-sourced inventory. The tenant holds the data license and we ingest under it. If you have proprietary, off-market, rental, or public-record supply, you can launch without any MLS agreement at all — many investor and rental operators start exactly there.
