Become a partner

Apply to launch your marketplace

Applications are reviewed by the partnerships team rather than routed into a drip sequence. Brokerages, rental operators, investor and wholesale groups, title and settlement agencies, lenders, and provider networks all apply here. Onboarding involves licensing and data verification, so we qualify honestly before we provision anything.

Qualification

What we look for, and what we can't work around

Six criteria. The first three are requirements, the rest strengthen an application considerably.

An entity we can verify

Required

A registered legal entity, a real estate license or an operating business that does not require one, and evidence of errors and omissions coverage where applicable.

Inventory or the right to it

Required

Either your own listings and off-market supply, or MLS/IDX participation. A marketplace without inventory is a website, and we would rather tell you that now.

Someone who owns the launch

Required

A named internal owner for the project. Launches stall when the platform is nobody's job, not when the software is missing a feature.

A view on settlement or lending

Preferred

An existing title, settlement, or lending relationship, or a willingness to work with one we introduce. Capturing the order at origination, and the flat-fee provider plan that goes with it, is where a large share of marketplace value sits.

Nothing to publish is fine, if you rent

Preferred

A rental operator can launch with units only. Sale listings, an MLS agreement, and a provider directory are all optional modules, so the qualification bar for a rental marketplace is different from a brokerage's.

Volume worth onboarding

Preferred

Typically twenty-five or more closings a year. Below that the platform cost per deal stops making sense and we will say so.

A willingness to be a design partner

Preferred

Our first cohort trades reduced pricing for workflow access, honest feedback, and a published case study. It is a two-way commitment.

Process

Application to go-live in six steps

Steps four and five are the long poles, and both are external. Nothing in the software is waiting on anything.

01

Application

You submit the form below. Two business days for a first response.

02

Qualification call

Thirty minutes on licensing, coverage, inventory, and your close process.

03

Sandbox tenant

Your brand and a sample of your inventory, live in a working tenant.

04

Agreement

MSA, DPA, SLA, and data addendum executed, billing configured.

05

Verification

KYB, licensing, and insurance checks completed.

06

Go-live

Data, domain, seats, routing, and training, then you launch.

Application

Tell us about the marketplace you want to launch

Required fields are marked. The more specific you are about markets and inventory, the faster the review goes.

By applying you confirm you're authorized to represent this entity. Verification is required before any tenant is provisioned.

Design partner program

The first cohort gets more than a discount

  • Reduced platform pricing locked for twelve months
  • Direct roadmap access and a named solutions engineer
  • Your workflow mapped first; we build to your close or lease process
  • Logo rights and a co-published launch case study
  • Migration handled for you, including MLS enrollment guidance

Limited to a small cohort so each partner gets real attention. Current availability is discussed on the qualification call.

When we are the wrong answer

We decline applications, and it is better for both sides when we do it early.

  • You want us to supply the listings and you bring only a website
  • You need a marketplace but have no one to operate it
  • You are looking for a referral feed rather than a platform
  • You need live production in under a week, including MLS enrollment

Questions first

If you would rather talk before applying, that is usually the better order. Reach us at partners@aurumestate.com or book a working session.
